Paragon Bank names Salley Griffith client development officer

Paragon Bank has appointed Salley Griffith as vice president and client development officer.

In her new position, Griffith will be responsible for providing high quality service to clients, as well as ensuring their financial goals and objectives are being met through their fiduciary relationships.
In addition, she will assist with new business development and marketing strategies for Paragon Private to carry out the bank’s strategic mission and vision.
Griffith has more than six years of bank leadership experience at Wells Fargo Bank and spent an additional eight years as a relationship manager/private banking officer at Centura Private Bank where she was awarded to their Peak Performers Club in 2000. She holds investment and insurance licenses and is a licensed real estate broker.
“Salley’s experience in the banking industry and her background with managing premier household portfolios will be an asset to the clients we serve,” says Phil Jurney, Paragon Bank Charlotte market president. “The broad base of services Salley is well versed in will also help in strengthening our team at Paragon Bank and ensuring that we continue to provide only the highest level of service throughout our industry.”
