DeAWM implements expense limitation agreement for ASHR

RELATED TOPICS

Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management has implemented an expense limitation agreement that will reduce the estimated net expense ratio of the db X-trackers Harvest CSI 300 China A-Shares Fund (ASHR) from 1.08 per cent to 0.82 per cent.

Since the fund launched on 6 November 2013 with an initial capital investment of USD108m, assets under management have almost doubled to USD212m and ASHR’s average daily volume has reached approximately 350,000 shares per day.

“The early success of the ASHR ETF allows us to pass along the cost savings to investors through this arrangement,” says Martin Kremenstein, head of passive asset management for Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Americas.
