BMO InvestorLine introduces Chinese language sites

BMO InvestorLine has launched traditional Chinese-language websites for its Self-Directed and adviceDirect services.

BMO InvestorLine now offers clients account management services and the ability to execute trades in Chinese.
 
Additionally, investors can learn more about BMO InvestorLine's services in Chinese before becoming clients.
 
BMO InvestorLine also plans to introduce simplified Chinese versions of the sites in the near future.
 
According to Statistics Canada, the number of Canadians who speak Chinese will more than double by 2031.
 
"With the Chinese-Canadian community continuing to grow, BMO InvestorLine recognizes the need to evolve our services to connect with and cater to an increasingly diverse client base," says Viki Lazaris, CEO, BMO InvestorLine. "The ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages provides a unique and customised user experience that helps enhance our online investing services and strengthen our capacity to meet clients' needs."
