AXA IM hires Michael Tadlock as senior consultant relations manager

AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) has appointed Michael Tadlock as senior consultant relations manager, effective immediately.

In this role, Tadlock will manage and build on AXA IM’s pre-existing relationships with a number of US consultant firms to further enhance their awareness of AXA IM expertises, notably those of AXA Rosenberg and US Core High Yield.
Tadlock, who will be based in Orinda, CA, will report to Ceil Baron, Americas head of consultant relations at AXA IM.
“We are very excited to bolster our consultant relations team with the addition of Mike, who has excellent experience and will make a significant contribution to AXA IM,” says Baron. “I look forward to partnering with Mike, particularly as he has an impressive background that includes consultant relations, as well as serving as a senior investment consultant himself. Further, his strong understanding of multiple asset classes will serve us well as we look to build on our relationships with consultants.”
“I am very pleased to join AXA IM as it expands its presence in the US market,” said Tadlock. “AXA IM is undertaking a number of exciting initiatives in the US, and I look forward to working with Ceil to help increase US consultants’ awareness of the products and solutions that AXA IM can offer clients.”
Prior to joining AXA IM, Tadlock served as vice president of consultant relations at Neuberger Berman from September 2010 to March 2014. At Neuberger Berman, he was responsible for developing and managing the firm’s relationships with over 30 consulting firms, representing domestic and international equities, fixed income, hedge fund and private equity products. Previously, Tadlock served in investment consulting roles at Mercer Investment Consulting and Callan Associates.
