FolioDynamix adds Interactive Data’s Market-Q to wealth management platform

RELATED TOPICS

FolioDynamix has partnered with Interactive Data to incorporate its Market-Q market data solution into the FolioDynamix wealth management platform.

Integration is planned for summer 2014.

The availability of Market-Q within the FolioDynamix platform will give investment advisors additional tools designed to support asset allocation, portfolio trading and rebalancing, as well as other critical activities across the full wealth management lifecycle.

Integrated through single sign-on within the FolioDynamix platform, Market-Q requires no software to install or maintain, which helps clients contain their data and infrastructure expenses.

“We believe that the winning combination of Market-Q and FolioDynamix will help advisors to more effectively manage workflows and make better informed decisions about how to structure and manage portfolios and serve their clients,” says Bill Chambers, vice president and general manager for wealth management solutions at Interactive Data.

“FolioDynamix prides itself on providing advisors with a comprehensive platform that spans the full wealth management lifecycle and delivers the depth and breadth of information needed to make the right investment decisions for their clients,” says Joseph Mrak, chairman and CEO of FolioDynamix. “Market-Q provides instant access to real-time pricing, corporate actions and dividend history, and delivers global data from more than 125 exchanges across a wide range of asset classes. Market-Q’s ease of integration, coupled with its wide range of data and functionality, provides the flexibility that wealth management firms seek today.”
