Guggenheimer-Zaki team joins Janney from Barclays

Wealth management and investment banking firm Janney Montgomery Scott has hired Steven Guggenheimer as executive vice president/ wealth management and George Zaki as vice president/wealth management to the firm’s New York branch office.

The team brings with them more than 25 years in the financial services industry.
 
“Like many other professionals in the industry, Steven and George found the firm to be their destination of choice because of our operating platform, client-centric philosophy, and the quality of our employees,” says Michael Drumm, New York complex manager. “We welcome Steven and George to our team and anticipate that their wealth of experience helping clients achieve their goals will be instrumental in Janney’s continued success.”
 
Guggenheimer, a graduate of Haverford College, and Zaki, a graduate from Fairmont State University, both began their careers at Neuberger and then worked at Merrill Lynch. They join Janney having been most recently at Barclays.
