FNEX partners with global PE platform DealMarket

RELATED TOPICS

Online alternative investment marketplace FNEX has agreed a strategic partnership with private equity platform DealMarket.

DealMarket’s qualified and professional investors can now access deals listed on FNEX.com through the DealMarket platform.

The partnership provides funds and investment banks that list on FNEX distribution to over 13,000 family offices globally.

FNEX announced the launch of FNEX.com, a new online marketplace for alternative investments, including direct placements in private companies, hedge funds and managed futures accounts, in September 2013. The web-based platform provides investment advisors, family offices, institutions, and accredited investors access to investment opportunities offered by investment banks and funds across the US.

“By partnering with DealMarket, FNEX further enhances its global footprint as an invaluable resource for identifying, reviewing and investing in a full range of alternative investments,” says Todd Ryden, CEO of FNEX. “FNEX and DealMarket are transforming the financial industry by bringing transparency, efficiency and a streamlined transactional process to a traditionally fragmented and ad hoc multi-trillion dollar marketplace.”

DealMarket is a global online platform used by private equity and corporate finance professionals to find industry contacts, access private equity deals, source service providers, manage deal flow and access on-demand industry leading third-party due diligence services.

“We are pleased to announce this strategic partnership with FNEX and look forward to the opportunity it will bring to our clients,” says Urs Haeusler, CEO of DealMarket. “FNEX provides our clients access, choice and control across a broad array of alternative investments.  FNEX has transformed the alternative investment market, and we believe their platform is a great amenity to our customers.”
