City Financial appoints Lalit Aggarwal to board of directors

Asset management business City Financial has appointed Lalit Aggarwal to its board of directors.

He joins the firm as non-executive director alongside David Beatty, Jack Hollihan and Michael Stein, as well as chairman Rob Hain and CEO Andrew Williams.
 
Aggarwal is president and chairman of the investment committee at Manor Park Capital Advisors in Toronto.  He previously held senior positions at HIG European Capital Partners, Soros Fund Management and Goldman Sachs. 
 
Aggarwal has been a Director of Bridgepoint Health since 2011 and is a past Fellow of the C.D. Howe Institute.
 
Williams says: “City Financial is continuing a strong period of growth and development in 2014. Lalit Aggarwal’s appointment is a reflection of our commitment to attract experienced, insightful individuals to oversee and promote the success of the company.”
