iShares makes changes to Developed Small Cap ex North American ETF

The investment objective of the iShares Developed Small-Cap ex North America ETF will change along with changes to its name, index and ticker.

Based on client feedback, effective 1 September 2014, the fund will be renamed as the iShares MSCI Europe Small-Cap ETF, tracking the MSCI Europe Small Cap Index, which will provide a more concentrated exposure to European small-cap securities.
 
Shareholders do not have to take any action. No capital gains distributions are expected as a result of the transition.
