BMAM appoints business development manager

Brooks Macdonald Asset Management (BMAM) has appointed Keith Scott as business development manager.

Scott joins BMAM’s new business development team and will be based in its Leamington Spa office.
 
He will be responsible for developing professional adviser and intermediary relationships in the Midlands region.
 
Prior to joining BMAM, Scott was business development manager at Blackfinch Investments, based in the Midlands. Previously he worked for a number of organisations including Bright Grey (part of Royal London Group) and Investec Wealth & Investment where he was business development director responsible for distribution through the intermediary channel in the Birmingham area.
 
Andrew Shepherd, joint managing director, says: “Keith is a great addition to the company. His experience will strengthen our ability to provide a high level of service to professional advisers. I am confident that Keith will make a big impact as part of the Leamington Spa team, and with his help I look forward to further increasing our presence amongst advisers in the Midlands region.”
 
Scott says: “I am delighted to join Brooks Macdonald during an exciting time of growth for the company. Brooks Macdonald have an excellent reputation with advisers and during this time of increased outsourcing to DFMs I believe that the timing is perfect to begin this role. I very much look forward to assisting the company to develop the business in the region further.”
