Kames Capital strengthens retail sales team

Kames Capital has strengthened its retail sales team with the appointment of Mark Ferguson.

Ferguson joins Kames as business development manager covering Scotland and the North of England, reporting to Kames head of UK regional sales Mark Savage.
He has nearly 20 years financial services experience and joins Kames from Ignis Asset Management where he was a fund sales manager covering Scotland, the North of England and Northern Ireland.
The appointment boosts the retail sales team to 16, with 10 dedicated to the UK market and six covering Kames’ growing business in Continental Europe.
Savage says: “Mark is an ideal fit for the team as he has covered Scotland and the North of England for many years in his former role. He joins our retail sales team at a very exciting time, as we look to build on the considerable success we have enjoyed in recent years both in the UK and continental Europe. I would like to welcome him to the team and wish him every success in his new role.”
