Glenmore Advisors joins forces with Edge Capital

Edge Capital Partners and Glenmore Advisors, both headquartered in Atlanta, have completed a deal that sees the two firms combine into one team under the Edge Capital Partners brand.

Glenmore has a five-year history of providing financial advisory services to families of significant wealth throughout the US. The firm and its employees provide objective advice in creating and delivering highly tailored investment solutions for institutions and families.

"Bringing the entire Glenmore team on board at Edge will greatly enhance, strengthen, and complement our existing investment management offering. We have known William deButts for many years and have worked closely with him in the past.  He has built a terrific firm that shares the same values as Edge, focusing on clients to help them realise their goals through a collaborative team effort.  Stephen Halkos, who has been director of research at Glenmore, will also add to the depth of our research and portfolio management capabilities.  We're pleased to have William and the rest of the Glenmore associates join our team," says Harry Jones, co-managing partner of Edge Capital.

"We believe that tapping into the depth of resources available within Edge's organization and adding our brand and depth of experience in the investment management arena is truly a win-win that will foster continued growth, expand unique opportunities for our people, and allow us to better serve our collective clients," adds William deButts, Glenmore Advisors' founder.
