SPDR ETF family receives Bear Sterns settlement payment


The SPDR S&P Capital Markets exchange traded fund (ETF) has received payment as an authorised claimant from a class action settlement related to Bear Stearns.

The total amount payable to the fund is USD173,540. When the fund calculates its net asset value (NAV) per share on 31 October 2014, it is estimated that this will amount to USD0.04450 for each of the 3,900,000 shares outstanding as of 29 October 2014.
State Street manages more than USD413 billion in SPDR ETF assets worldwide (as of 30 September 2014).
