First Asset Global Dividend Fund appoints sub-advisor


Jarislowsky, Fraser Limited has been appointed to provide investment advisory and portfolio management services to the First Asset Global Dividend Fund commencing 1 January, 2015.  

The Fund is the only mutual fund in Canada with a mandate to invest in global stocks managed by Jarislowsky Fraser.  First Asset believes the Fund will benefit from Jarislowsky Fraser's disciplined and internationally-respected bottom-up, research-driven investment process.

Founded in 1955 as a research boutique, Jarislowsky Fraser is today one of Canada's largest independent investment management firms. It manages the portfolios of pension funds, foundations, corporations and individuals in Canada, the United States and internationally – representing more than CAD36 billion in assets under management. The firm is headquartered in Montreal, with offices in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver and New York.
