Kanawha selects SatuitCRM for customer relationship management needs


Kanawha Capital Management has selected Satuit Technologies’ SatuitCRM software as the firm’s new CRM system.

Kanawha had been looking for a CRM solution for more than two years, after being informed that their previous system would no longer be supported by their vendor. After reviewing a number of vendors and CRM software products, they chose SatuitCRM. 

"We picked Satuit over the competitors for two main reasons: the software’s integration with our back office system, and the firm’s understanding of the investment industry and its complex relationships,” says Lorraine Fisher, Operations Manager for Kanawha. An added plus for Kanawha was the integrated client portal and report packaging tool available with SatuitCRM.
