A new SPDR bond index ETF issued by State Street Global Advisors – the SPDR Barclays 3-5 Year Euro Government Bond UCITS ETF – has begun trading in Deutsche Borse’s XTF segment on Xetra.

The new ETF enables investors to participate in the performance of EUR-denominated government bonds from the euro zone. The index contains government bonds with an investment grade rating and a residual maturity of between three and five years.

The product offering in Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment currently comprises a total of 1,043 exchange traded funds. This selection, together with an average monthly trading volume of around EUR11 billion, makes Xetra Europe’s leading trading venue for ETFs.
