SPDR ETF family announces adjustments to NAV

The net asset value (NAV) of the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) and SPDR S&P Bank ETF (KBE), is being adjusted to reflect the receipt of payments related to certain class action settlements.

The total payment to be received by each fund is USD231,611 (XSD) and USD352,449 (KBE). When the funds calculate their net asset value (NAV) per share on Wednesday, 7 January, 2015, they will be impacted by the following per-share adjustments: XSD – USD0.1007; KBE – USD0.0045.

State Street manages more than USD413 billion in SPDR ETF assets worldwide (as of 30 September, 2014) and is one of the largest ETF providers in the US and globally.
