New ETF Securities fund offers first time access to robotics

RELATED TOPICS

A new equity index fund from the ETF Securities family, focusing on Robotics, has begun trading in Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment.

The ROBO-STOX Global Robotics and Automation GO UCITS ETF allows investors to participate in the performance of companies in the robotics and automation sector for the first time. The index comprises a selection of companies whose main business is robotics or automation-related or whose business share in robotics and automation is particularly strong. In order to be accepted into the index, the company must be listed on a recognised global stock exchange and have a certain minimum size.

The product offering in Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment currently comprises a total of 1,048 exchange traded funds. This selection, together with an average monthly trading volume of around EUR11 billion, makes Xetra Europe’s leading trading venue for ETFs.
