Direxion iBillionaire Index ETF added to Schwab’s commission-free trading program

The Direxion iBillionaire Index ETF (NYSE: IBLN) is the fifth of the Direxion’s Strategic Beta ETFs to be made available through Schwab ETF OneSource, the commission-free ETF trading program.

With the addition of IBLN, Direxion’s entire suite of Strategic Beta ETFs is now available commission-free through Schwab ETF OneSource. Direxion Strategic Beta ETFs allow investors to potentially enhance their portfolios with the best characteristics of both active management and passive indexing. “We’ve been pleased with the interest in IBLN since we launched the ETF last year,” says Brian Jacobs, President of Direxion Investments. “Access to the strategies successfully deployed by well-known billionaires through an investment vehicle that is transparent, liquid and cost-efficient resonates with investors. Now that they can obtain access to IBLN through Schwab ETF OneSource, with no trading commissions, the value of being able to invest like a billionaire is even greater.”

Schwab ETF OneSource enables investors to access a large selection of ETFs without having to pay trading commissions and early redemption fees, or meet enrollment requirements. Schwab announced last week that it has added IBLN to the program, which already includes the following ETFs from Direxion Investments:

• Direxion All Cap Insider Sentiment Shares (KNOW)
• Direxion NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index Shares (QQQE)
• Direxion S&P 500 Index Volatility Response Shares (VSPY)
• Direxion Zacks MLP High Income Shares (ZMLP)

“We’re excited to be able to expand this program to meet investor demand for innovative ETFs like these,” says Heather Fischer, Vice President of ETF Platform Management at Charles Schwab. “Direxion Strategic Beta ETFs help us offer the choice and value our clients expect from Schwab.”
