Sensiba San Filippo expands family services practice with Paraclae acquisition

Accountancy and business consulting firm Sensiba San Filippo has acquired Paraclae, a boutique firm offering business advisory and family office services.

The acquisition expands Sensiba San Filippo’s Business Services Department, and adds family office services for high net worth individuals and families.

Scott Anderson, Audit Partner Sensiba San Filippo, says: “We are thrilled to welcome the Paraclae team to Sensiba San Filippo. The combined team allows us to expand our practice, becoming a full-service Private Client Services group. This expanded team makes us the solution of choice for growing businesses.”

The Paraclae team has been integrated into what has become SSF’s Private Client Services group, led by Audit Partner, Scott Anderson. This new group will continue to serve the accounting needs of small business owners, while strengthening SSF’s position as a leading provider of business consulting services, financial management outsourcing, and family office services.
