Newbridge Securities Corporation, a full-service broker/dealer based in wealth management, traditional brokerage services and investment banking, has appointed Bruce Jordan as its Managing Director of Investment Banking.

Jordan has been involved with Investment Banking for over twenty years. Most notably, he was the President of Midtown Partners from 2001 to 2011. During his term, Midtown focused on institutionally placed offerings with microcap companies and consistently ranked as one of the top ten placement agents for PIPE transactions. He is experienced with both public and private offerings as well as M&A transactions. Mr. Jordan earned an MBA with a major in Corporate Finance from Georgia State University and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Emory University.

“The opportunity to join Newbridge Securities is most attractive,” Jordan says. “NSC’s breadth of relationships and its retail brokerage network are real assets that will provide greater distribution and capital raising capabilities – all additive and complementary to traditional institutional sources. I am extremely pleased to be part of the NSC team and tasked with continuing to grow our investment banking department and contributing to the success of the overall organisation.”

"We are delighted to welcome Bruce to our firm, as he is an excellent choice to serve in this critical role,” says Thomas Casolaro, CEO of Newbridge Securities. “We expect Bruce will do a great job of providing a high level of professional leadership and growing our investment banking team by not only leveraging our firm's distinctive strengths and core values, but providing the institutional channel and its clients quality service and products."
