Horizons ETFs Management has announced the final net asset values for four terminated exchange traded funds (ETFs). The values are as follows:
Horizons BetaPro MSCI Emerging Markets Bull Plus ETF (HJU) – USD8.7492
Horizons BetaPro MSCI Emerging Markets Bear Plus ETF (HJD) – USD6.1510
Horizons BetaPro MSCI Japan Bull Plus ETF (HPU) – USD19.7527
Horizons BetaPro MSCI Japan Bear Plus ETF (HPD) – USD17.3856
Unitholders will receive the proceeds from the liquidation of the assets, less all liabilities and all expenses incurred in connection with the dissolution of the Terminated ETFs. These proceeds will be paid to the holders of the remaining outstanding units of the Terminated ETFs on a pro rata basis without further action by those unitholders. There are no distributions of income or capital gains required to be paid to unitholders included in the proceeds of termination of any of the Terminated ETFs.
