North West property investment company Harewood Associates is inviting potential investors to buy shares in its latest development, Thistleton Estate, offering returns of over 14 per cent.

Situated amongst 200-acres of agricultural land in the hamlet of Thistleton, Lancashire, the development will boast six luxury barn conversions and is likely to complete within one year.

The Estate is Harewood Associates’ newest ‘Share Deal’ offering, with 1000 shares for sale at GBP1,987 each, earning a return of 14.27% for its investors and attracting a profit of GBP283.50 per share.

Peter Kiely, Director of Harewood Associates, says: “We’re thrilled to be launching our latest development in this highly desirable, sought-after location.

“Building our properties to the highest standard and using quality materials is a huge priority for us, and it ensures that our clients get the best possible returns on their investment, however big or small.

“The Bank of England’s latest figures show that the average rate on ISAs are 1.02%, and people are starting to look past traditional methods of investment towards alternative options which provide better annual returns. What we offer investors is the chance to earn good interest on their savings through tangible, highly desirable properties.”

Harewood’s ‘Share Deal’ allows clients to invest into a residential development owned by a single purpose vehicle (SPV) – a private limited company set up by Harewood for the sole purpose of buying, developing and selling a residential development.

Each investor owns shares in the SPV and when the property is sold, they receive a share of the profits in proportion to the amount of shares held.

Harewood Associates has already exited a number of SPVs, including Hapsford Hall in Cheshire, with investors receiving substantial returns and frequently re-investing in other developments. The Bolton-based business is currently involved in more than 14 different residential developments and provides property investment opportunities for clients across the UK, offering secure asset backed investment through the development of residential properties.
