TEL selects SS&C’s Pages client account reporting

Trustee Executors Limited (TEL), a New Zealand-based provider of third party administration for financial services, has selected SS&C's reporting solution, Pages.

SS&C will support reporting on TEL's 585,000 individual client accounts with more than $94 billion in assets.

TEL, a specialist in Trustee, Custodial, Investment Accounting, Unit Pricing and Registry services, will deploy Pages, SS&C's enterprise reporting and portal technology, to automate the production of communications, including quarterly investment reports, statements, and self-service reporting access for fund managers and super funds. Reporting cycles will require less manual intervention to complete, resulting in operational efficiencies and immediate access to data by TEL's customers.

"Pages will allow us to optimise our reporting process and significantly reduce production times, thereby enhancing service and improving the user experience," says Rob Russell, Executive Director, Trustees Executors Limited. "When evaluating reporting and communications solutions, our team was extremely impressed with SS&C's flexibility, report personalisation, sophisticated and customisable workflow, and ability to integrate nicely with our existing SS&C HiPortfolio accounting solution."

"TEL entered a strategic relationship with DST Global Solutions (now SS&C) in 1997. We are delighted that TEL has now expanded its relationship with SS&C and selected us for its vital reporting requirements," says Christy Bremner, Senior Vice President, SS&C Institutional and Investment Management, SS&C Technologies. "Third party administrators are seeking technology solutions that materially enhance their operational efficiencies, customer service levels, and profitability. SS&C's' enterprise reporting and web-based portal meets these strategic requirements."
