Coutts & Co has appointed Mark Lund as a Non-Executive Director and Brain Mullholland as finance director of the firm’s board.
Lund has 30 years experience in the financial services sector and was previously CEO of St James’s Place plc and Virgin Direct. He is the Vice Chairman at British Ski and Snowboard Ltd, the national governing body for elite snow sports athletes and a Non Executive Director of Skipton Building Society’s financial advice business and of My CSP. Lund is also Chairman of Equiniti’s regulated financial services businesses.
Lund will join Francesca Barnes as an Independent Director on the Coutts & Co Board, providing advice and expertise to the business at a key point in developing and implementing our new strategy. Lund and Barnes will also act as senior ambassadors for Coutts with our stakeholders.
Mulholland joined Coutts in February 2014 having worked in the wider RBS group for four years, most recently as Global Head of Capital Planning. Prior to this, he held senior finance roles for Nationwide, AXA, Vodafone, and National Power.
