GenSpring expands leadership team with two new MDs

GenSpring Family Offices, a wealth management firm for ultra-high net worth families, has expanded its leadership team, naming Jim Brennan managing director for the Florida-west region and David Herritt managing director for the Northeast region.

The firm has also retained the services of former GenSpring managing director Pat Soldano to support business growth and teammate development.

In naming the new managing directors, GenSpring is also dividing its coverage model for Florida into two regions – east and west. The decision reflects the depth of opportunities in the state and a commitment to bringing in the right level of talent to lead these strategic markets.

"Jim and David represent the best of GenSpring, they are experts in the family wealth industry who will build on the legacy we've created in these regions," says Willem Hattink, CEO of GenSpring. "Pat has been an influential leader in the family office community for years, she knows the intricacies of working with ultra-high net worth families and will be instrumental in helping us better serve our clients and grow our business."
