Brooks Macdonald Group appoints Ghislaine Perry as Head of Marketing

Brooks Macdonald Group has appointed Ghislaine Perry as its new Head of Group Marketing.  Perry joins the group from her role as Divisional Director of Marketing at Brewin Dolphin,

Outgoing Head of Marketing, Carey Shakespeare, is retiring after five years with the Group. As part of a structured handover process, Carey will continue to work with the business for a short period, supporting Perry as she takes over the role.
 
GhPerryislaine has over 15 years’ experience working in marketing communications in the financial services sector, having previously held a variety of senior marketing roles at Insight Investment, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and AXA Investment Managers. She joins Brooks Macdonald from Brewin Dolphin, where she spent over seven years, latterly as Divisional Director of Marketing, managing the marketing teams across all disciplines and supporting all business areas including private clients, intermediaries and charities.
 
Perry says: “I am delighted to be joining Brooks Macdonald at this exciting time of growth and development. Working closely with the marketing team, I look forward to continuing to build on the positive momentum across the business to further develop the well-known Brooks Macdonald brand.”
 
Shakespeare says: “I have hugely enjoyed heading up Brooks Macdonald Group’s marketing operations and I’m very proud of the achievements of the business during my tenure. During this time the Group has enjoyed great success and I am sure will continue to do so.”
