Heartwood Investment Management appoints Marian Black

Heartwood Investment Management (HIM), a global multi-asset investment boutique, has appointed Marian Black as Head of Investment Marketing, reporting to Head of Investment Product, Matt Hollier.

In this newly created role, Mari Black an will be responsible for the on-going development and communication of HIM’s investment proposition to their wide-ranging clientele, including private clients, IFAs/financial planners, charities, professional advisers and pension funds.
 
Black has extensive experience as a senior marketing specialist across a number of leading financial services brands. Marian joins Heartwood from Baring Asset Management, where she was Head of EMEA Wholesale and Institutional Marketing. Previously she was at Lloyds Wealth International, HSBC Global Asset Management and Head of Marketing at Aegon Asset Management. Marian began her career in 1986 working in several advertising agencies before moving in-house as head of Marketing at Alliance Trust in 2006.
