A new iShares ETF from BlackRock's product offering – the iShares MSCI EMU USD Hedged UCITS ETF – has begun trading on Xetra and Börs Frankfurt.
The new ETF enables investors to participate in the performance of stock corporations in the euro zone while also benefiting from currency hedging against the US dollar. This protects investors against an appreciation of the US dollar against the euro.
The product offering in Deutsche Börse's XTF segment currently comprises a total of 1,070 exchange traded funds. This selection, together with an average monthly trading volume of around €13 billion, makes Xetra Europe’s leading trading venue for ETFs.
