Standard Life Wealth appoints new Head of Operations


Standard Life Wealth, the discretionary fund manager, has appointed Andy Brodie as Head of Operations. Brodie, who will be based in London, will manage the Standard Life Wealth operations function and third party suppliers.

He will also be part of the Leadership Team and report to CEO Richard Charnock.
Having previously worked as a Director with Barclays in the Wealth and Investment Management sector as Head of UK and Western Europe & Global Head of Credit Operations, he also brings with him cross industry experience with O2 and Sky.

His direct wealth management capabilities combined with cross industry expertise will be an asset to the business and important in our strategic development.

In addition, Andy’s appointment will ensure we continue to have a robust operational platform that enables us to deliver a high level of client service.”
Previous Head of Operations, Karen Storie, is now Head of Business Management, responsible for change delivery and a range of strategic transformation projects at Standard Life Wealth
Standard Life Wealth, with offices in London, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Bristol and Leeds, provides both target return and conventional portfolios for high net worth private clients.
