Prydis continues expansion with new London office and six appointments

Prydis, the multi-disciplinary finance group, incorporating wealth management, accountancy and legal practices, is continuing its expansion with six new hires and a London office opening.

The London office has been opened as a direct result of the increasing amount of work Prydis is undertaking in London and the South East. The new office provides Prydis with a base from which to better serve its clients in the region. It will also allow the company to work more closely alongside London-based fund managers and other investment professionals, to support Prydis’ investment management activities.

In addition to the new office, Prydis also announces the appointment of six new members of staff, including an Investment Manager and a Trainee Investment Manager. Also due to start within the next six weeks are two new financial advisers, a new Head of Prydis Legal and a tax specialist, most of whom will initially be located in the firm’s Exeter headquarters.

Will Dickson joins the team as an Investment Manager, having previously worked for Brewin Dolphin in Plymouth. Will’s responsibilities include managing discretionary investment portfolios for clients and developing Prydis’ model portfolio range. Harry Webster also joins the team, training as an Investment Manager. Harry will take on this role in addition to his position as Development Manager at Strawberry Invest, Prydis’ direct-to-consumer proposition.

James Priday (pictured), Managing Director, Prydis says: “This is an exciting time for Prydis, with an expansion into London ensuring we have even closer contact with fund managers and investment professionals who work in the City.

“We have also taken on two new Investment Managers to strengthen our proposition to a growing number of clients. Both Will and Harry are great additions to the team and I look forward to working with them.”
