State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) has launched a new European real estate exchange traded fund (ETF) – the SPDR FTSE EPRA Europe ex UK Real Estate UCITS ETF – on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.

The new ETF offers investors access to the performance of European real estate excluding the UK. The fund invests directly in the securities included in the reference index “FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Europe ex UK Index”.

The Index is designed to track the performance of listed real estate companies and equity real estate investment trusts (“REITS”) operating in Europe but excluding the UK. Relevant activities are defined as the ownership, disposal and development of income-producing real estate.

The product offering in Deutsche Börse's XTF segment currently comprises a total of 1,085 exchange traded funds.
