New partnership will enable Polish listed companies to develop relationships with investors in international capital markets through Edison’s global investor network

International equity advisory firm Edison and CC Group of Poland, a speicialist in capital market advisory services, have formed a strategic partnership that will enable Polish listed companies to connect with investors across international capital markets.

Edison and CC Group will work together to advise CC Group’s Polish listed clients to define their investor relations strategies, effectively communicate their investment case and key messages and facilitate targeted access to global investors.

This partnership has been developed in response to a growing demand from Polish companies seeking to promote a deeper understanding of their businesses amongst a broad range of international investors, and in response to global fund managers that seek access to high quality research on these companies. The partnership will open up long term relationships with influential investors who are well-positioned to support these companies in the next steps of their expansion.

Edison, which incorporates a team of over 80 analyst and investment professionals, provides equity advisory services to almost 500 retained corporate and investor clients globally. Through a combination of in-depth equity and sector knowledge which spans 10 business sectors and more than 700 listed companies, along with a dedicated investor access team, Edison provides its clients with unrivalled insight into the behaviours of the global investment community and provides support for key investment decisions.

Klaus Schinkel (pictured), Director, Edison Head of Germany, says: “We are delighted to working with CC Group on this exciting new partnership. The firm has a great track record in advising Polish listed companies on equity capital market transactions and we believe this expertise, combined with Edison’s sector knowledge and global investor network, will help further support companies to meet their international capital markets objectives.

Poland stands out as a regional champion in Europe. With many high growth Polish companies looking to develop their shareholder base, and as the investor landscape grows increasingly complex, the imperative for high quality, accurate investor targeting is core to their success. Edison remains committed to demonstrating added value through our access to a global network of blue-chip institutions, wealth managers, private investors and our in-depth equities research expertise.”

Adam Kalkusinski, CEO and Founder of CC Group, says: “Edison is the perfect strategic partner with whom to further develop our clients’ capital markets activities across Europe and beyond. Polish companies are increasingly looking to broaden their investor reach and Edison’s proactive approach, combined with an in-depth sector knowledge and the strength of relationships with key global blue-chip institutional and other wealth managers, means they are perfectly positioned to ensure these opportunities are well-communicated and properly implemented. We very much look forward to working with Edison over the coming months.”
