Signature Family Wealth Advisors appoints CIO

Virginia-based Signature Family Wealth Advisors has appointed David Jallits as Chief Investment Officer. In his role, Jallits will be primarily responsible for leading the firm's investment strategy and research team.

Jallits brings an extensive background in private asset management. For the past 25 years, he has worked in leadership roles across the investment research and portfolio management sectors.
"We are delighted to have David join our executive team. His proficiency in investment research and his broad experience with financial markets provide a comprehensive perspective that will enhance our investment strategy," says Anne Shumadine, Founder and Chairman.
Randy Webb (pictured), President and CEO, says: "As an organisation, we believe we bring unparalleled intellectual capital to bear on behalf of our clients. Our ability to attract leading talent is central to that effort. Dave is a leader in financial services and investments and has an extensive track record in the industry. Research is at the core of that experience, which enhances our ability to provide the highest quality service to our clients."
Jallits says: "I am excited to join Signature for three major reasons: the intense focus on clients, the importance they place on internal and external relationships, and their investment philosophy, which addresses each client's individual needs. I am proud to have been offered this unique opportunity."
Prior to joining Signature, Jallits worked at Cambridge Associates, Citigroup, Putnam and various hedge funds. He is a recognized leader in investment management and is frequently quoted in the press, including CNN, Institutional Investor and the New York Times.
