Wedlake Bell expands corporate team

London Law firm Wedlake Bell has recruited corporate and financial services Partner, Rosalyn Breedy to its corporate team. Breedy joins the firm from Forsters LLP.  

In addition to advising on deals, Breedy (pictured) specialises in complex financial regulation and compliance matters and will also be working closely with the firm's Private Client, Family and Tax teams to advise individuals on their financial and wealth management needs. She has a diverse range of clients including family offices, high net worth entrepreneurs and fund managers and trust companies. Breedy has a comprehensive understanding of the financial landscape having set up her own firm, Breedy Henderson, in addition to being general counsel at Sand Aire.
 
Breedy is renowned in her field. Legal 500 describes her as providing “excellent insight” to wealth and fund managers. Other accolades include being named in the Top 20 Lawyers and Power Women in the City Wealth Leaders list 2015 and being ranked as a Top Corporate Lawyer in Spear’s 500.
