Citi Private Bank has expanded its UK Private Banker team with the appointments of James Bashford and Nick Morris.
Bashford joins the private bank from Morgan Stanley, where he spent nine years as a banker focused on UK UHNW clients, family offices and investment boutiques. Morris joins from Barclays Private Bank where he spent eight years building a significant and profitable book of UK Resident, domiciled and Non-domiciled clients.
Jeremy Knowland, Global Market Manager for Citi Private Bank UK, says: “Both James and Nick bring extensive knowledge and experience of the UK UHNW and UK resident non-domiciled market. They will be pivotal in helping our UK business to continue to grow and to take advantage of the opportunity that our market presents.”
Bashford will report to Giles Thompson, Managing Director and Morris will report to Giles Crowe, Managing Director, Citi Private Bank.
