FallLine Securities has added Michael R Gault (pictured) to its leadership team as a Partner and Head of Client Services.

A 12-year veteran of the private wealth management industry, Gault will be responsible for the advisor and client experience at FallLine. This includes mapping, structuring and executing the transition plan for the firm’s Private Wealth Advisor clientele as they launch their own hybrid RIA businesses, and leading client services thereafter.

“Michael’s expertise in aiding private wealth advisors with transition and client service management will be a valuable asset to the FallLine team,” says Peter E Ruhlin, a founder of FallLine and the firm’s President. “He brings a profound understanding of the needs of the private wealth advisors and their ultra-high net worth clientele, and we’re excited to welcome him as a key member of the firm’s leadership team.”

Gault joins FallLine from a management position at Cantor Fitzgerald Wealth Partners, an independent wealth advisory firm. In that role, he focused on sourcing financial products and technology solutions for transitioning advisors and their clients. Prior to this, he worked directly with UHNW and HNW investors, advising them on portfolios and financial planning matters. He has held positions with Mellon Private Wealth Management, UBS Financial Services and WeiserMazars Wealth Advisors.

FallLine has also moved its principal executive offices in Darien, Connecticut to 19 Old Kings Highway South. “Our new office space in Darien should accommodate our business and our growth plans for some time, and has been configured to allow us to work closely with private wealth advisors as they are transitioning to their own firms,” says Ruhlin.
