‘Powered by Wilshire’ Pacer ETFs Rank No1 for asset gathering among new ETF providers

Pacer ETFs, which utilise the “Powered by Wilshire” solution, ranked No1 for gathering the largest amount of new assets among new ETF providers in 2015 during the first nine months of this year.

Three new Pacer ETFs, which are distributed by Pacer Financial Inc, were valued at a combined USD421.3 million as of 29 September, according to London-based independent research and consulting firm, ETFGI. “Powered by Wilshire” provides Pacer with an independent, third-party, implemented solution that delivers historical index data to support marketing efforts, as well as ongoing calculations.
“We would like to congratulate Pacer ETFs for its impressive performance,” says Robert J Waid, managing director, Wilshire Associates. “Pacer ETFs are an example of a symbiotic fit for our ‘Powered by Wilshire’ solution, and we look forward to continuing to support the ‘power’ these ETFs have clearly demonstrated thus far this year.”
“We are very excited about Pacer ETFs ranking and would like to thank Wilshire for designing a solution that fuels innovation,” says Sean O’Hara, director at Pacer Financial. “‘Powered by Wilshire’ has truly empowered us to deliver a high quality product that leverages Wilshire’s more than four decades of index experience.”
