Werlau appointed Senior Global Investment Strategist at Davy 


Wealth Manager Davy has appointed Alan Werlau (pictured) as a Senior Investment Strategist in its Private Client division. 

Werlau has over 25 years’ experience in asset and investment management, and advising high net worth clients and global family offices in his previous role at UBS Investment Bank. Prior to working at UBS, Werlau was also the founder of hedge fund Black Arrow Capital Management, and has held previous roles at Deltec Asset Management, Bankers Trust and JPMorganChase.
Werlau will report to the Head of Investment Strategy Brian O’Reilly, and will be a member of the Davy’s Global Investment Committee that oversees EUR15 billion of assets under management. He will have particular responsibility for managing Davy’s UK investment offering. 
Werlau holds a BA in Foreign Service and International Relations from the Pennsylvania State University.
