ProShares to transfer four funds to BATS Exchange

ProShares, a premier provider of ETFs, is to transfer the listing of four ProShares exchange traded funds (ETFs) from the NYSE Arca to the BATS Exchange on or about 15 December.

Current shareholders of these ProShares ETFs are not required to take any action, nor is the transfer expected to have any effect on the trading of fund shares.
The ETFs to be transferred are: Large Cap Core Plus (CSM), Morningstar Alternatives Solution ETF (ALTS), Russell 2000 Dividend Growers ETF (SMDV),  and  S&P MidCap 400 Dividend Aristocrats ETF (REGL).
