AJ Bell has announced dates for its ‘On the Road’ tour for 2016, which will visit Birmingham, Bristol, London, Glasgow and Manchester between 2 and 9 February.

AJ Bell’s platform and investment experts Mike Morrison and Russ Mould will be joined this year by FinalytiQ’s founder and Director, Abraham Okusanya, who will be addressing the importance of platform profitability, discussing the key drivers in the platform market today, and explaining some important trends that advisers should take account of when selecting a platform.

The full agenda for the day includes: Mike Morrison on post-pension freedoms and tax year end opportunities; Abraham Okusanya on platform profitability, due diligence and the future of platforms, and Russ Mould on financial markets and the outlook for 2016.

Billy Mackay (pictured), Marketing Director at AJ Bell, says: “The platform space is a challenging market where efficiency and cost control are very important. Having Abraham at this year’s roadshow to address the importance of platform profitability and the due diligence process will no doubt provide our adviser audience with some valuable food for thought when it comes to platform selection.”
