Frasers launches show apartment at Riverside Quarter, Wandsworth

Frasers Property UK has launched a new show apartment at its Riverside Quarter scheme in Wandsworth. The show apartment, located in Five Riverside, showcases the eco-friendly features, and large, versatile open-plan living spaces on offer at Riberside Quarter.

Designed by Rachel Winham, the show apartment sits within the greater Riverside Quarter scheme, master planned by award winning architects Careyjones Chapmantolcher.
 
Five Riverside comprises of 99 two, three and four bedroom apartments spread over 15 storeys with views of the River Thames and Hurlingham Park. Complete with its own riverboat pier with Thames Clipper services, Five Riverside is located on Eastfields Avenue, Wandsworth, SW18.

The show apartment at Five Riverside features river views, an open-plan living and dining area, with full-width French windows opening onto the Winter Garden. The kitchen is bespoke, with Corian worktops and inbuilt appliances, along with a ceramic hob and stainless steel sink.
 
The open plan living and dining space features engineered timber flooring, with a clean, neutral décor and stylistic design flourishes from interior designer Rachel Winham. The master bedroom, complete with mirrored en-suite and fitted wardrobes is augmented by a generous second guest bedroom whilst a guest bathroom, with designer sanitaryware.
 
All apartments at Five Riverside are provided with wool carpet to the bedrooms, ceramic tiles to the bathrooms and stylish under cabinet lighting to the living and dining areas. Furthermore, all residences at Five Riverside benefit from outside space; most have winter gardens with solid timber decking and custom louvered glazing, whilst some benefit from wide terraces with room to entertain several guests for dinner.
 
Five Riverside benefits from multiple resident amenities; with a concierge and porterage service as well as private residents’ swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium as well as the landscaped gardens, walkways and communal squares.
 
The Riverside Quarter development comprises Frenchman’s Square located next to Milliners building featuring the Marco Polo restaurant, as well as retail units and local businesses such as Emma Perring interior design. The manicured grounds, bordering the River Thames offer significant outside space, whilst Wandsworth Park is just a short walk from the development.
  
When complete, the Riverside Quarter scheme will contain over 700 apartments, along with 25 commercial units. It is  ashort walk from both Wandsworth Town station (National Rail, Zone 2) and East Putney Underground (District Line, Zone 2) both of which offer direct links to central London.
 
The MBNA Thames Clipper service meanwhile runs from the Wandsworth Riverside Quarter pier to the City of London, allowing residents at Riverside Quarter to reach London Bridge within 45 minutes.
 
A limited release of the next building, the 12 storey Seven Riverside, will launch in Spring 2016, with two bedroom apartments from GBP720,000 and three bedroom apartments from GBP1.3 million. Underground car parking is available by separate negotiation.
