Amundi has launched a new bond index exchange traded fund (ETF) – the Amundi ETF BBB Euro Corporate Investment Grade UCITS ETF – on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt.
The new enables investors to participate in the performance of corporate bonds denominated in euros. The Markit iBoxx EUR Liquid Corporates BBB Top 60 reference index comprises 60 bonds issued by the largest and most liquid private companies that have a rating of BBB- (Standard & Poors), BBB- (Fitch) or Baa3 (Moody’s). The issuers can be located in the euro area or in other countries. All bonds have a fixed coupon, a minimum issue volume of EUR750 million, a residual maturity of at least one-and-a-half years and a maximum age of three years.
The product offering in Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment currently comprises a total of 1,122 exchange traded funds, with an average monthly trading volume of around EUR16 billion.
