Marquest Asset Management terminates two mutual funds


Marquest Asset Management, the Manager of Marquest Mutual Funds is terminating two funds, the Marquest Canadian Flex Series Fund and the Marquest Resource Flex Series Fund on 25 March, 2016.

The Funds ceased to be available for purchase on 18 December, 2015 and all remaining outstanding shares will be cancelled (redeemed) at the NAV per share on 25 March, 2016. Shareholders will be able to initiate switches from the Funds to another series of Marquest Mutual Funds Inc, as described in the offering documents for the Funds, up to and including 24 March, 2015.
Shareholders who have not initiated a switch prior to that date, will be paid proceeds of redemption as of 28 March, 2016. Redemption proceeds will be delivered in the same manner as a shareholder initiated redemption. For shareholders holding securities in a registered account at Marquest, the proceeds will be held as cash until such time as instructions are received to reinvest such proceeds in securities of another mutual fund managed by Marquest or a T2033 transfer form is completed.
