Closed Columbia ETFs to pay liquidating distributions

The Columbia Large Cap Growth ETF (RPX), Columbia Select Large Cap Growth ETF (RWG), and Columbia Select Large Cap Value ETF (GVT) have now ceased trading on the NYSE Arca and are t make liquidating distributions to shareholders.

On or about February 4, 2016 (the Distribution Date), each of the Liquidating ETFs will make to their respective shareholders as of the Cessation Date (28 December) a liquidating distribution equal to the shareholder’s proportionate interest in the net assets of the particular Liquidating ETF as of the Cessation Date. The liquidation distributions, which will be made in cash, are as follows: Columbia Large Cap Growth ETF, USD41.00 per share; Columbia Select Large Cap Growth ETF, USD38.70 per share: and Columbia Select Large Cap Value ETF, USD38.00 per share.
