Ascot Lloyd appoints Stuart Dyer as a non-executive director

Ascot Lloyd, the national Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm specialising in financial planning, wealth management and corporate benefit solutions, has appointed Stuart Dyer as a non-executive director.

Dyer has several decades’ experience in financial services and a strong track record for leading companies through periods of exponential growth.
He is currently Chairman of Soprano Consulting, an M&A consultancy advising UK wealth management businesses, and non-executive director of RPlan, a company providing technology solutions to fund managers.
Dyer was previously head of intermediary acquisitions at Close Brothers, CEO of Cofunds and Chief Operating Officer at Fleming Save & Prosper Group, the UK retail distribution arm of the Fleming asset management business.
Richard Dunbabin, Chief Executive, Ascot Lloyd, says: “Stuart brings extensive board level experience and a wealth of knowledge in the financial services sector, which will be instrumental as we continue to expand our business. He will be a highly valued adviser and we welcome his contribution to our strategic growth plans.”
