Source promotes Kate Dwyer to executive director for UK coverage team

Exchange traded funds (ETF) provider Source has promoted Kate Dwyer to the role of Executive Director for its UK coverage team.

Dwyer joined Source in 2013 and has been primarily focused on private banks and family offices.  Her promotion is part of 17 Source is announcing across Europe (see full table of promotions below). All of the awards are in recognition of individual achievements following another successful year for the firm – in 2015, Source saw assets under management grow 26 per cent.

David Lake, Managing Director and Head of UK coverage at Source, says: “Kate has a played a significant part in development of our successful UK operation.  Source believes it has the best team in the ETF industry with an unparalleled level of talent and she fully deserves this recognition.”

The new promotions build on a number of recent new hires at Source. In September 2015, for instance, the firm appointed a five-strong team to service the UK financial advisory market in response to growing demand for ETFs among UK financial advisers. In January this year it announced the appointment of six new country heads across Europe as part of a strategy to meet the needs of different investor groups within each of its key markets.
