Eaton Vance Funds appoint two new trustees

The Boards of Trustees of the Eaton Vance mutual funds and closed-end funds have appointed Mark R Fetting and Scott E Wennerholm as independent Trustees, effective 1 September, 2016.

Fetting most recently served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Legg Mason, Inc, where he previously held various leadership roles, including President of Legg Mason Funds. Prior to joining Legg Mason, he served in senior management positions at Prudential Investments. Since his retirement, Mr. Fetting has served the Baltimore community in various roles, including as Campaign Chair of United Way of Central Maryland.

Wennerholm has served in various leadership positions in the financial services industry, and recently served as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President at BNY Mellon Asset Management. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Natixis Global Asset Management. Wennerholm currently serves as a trustee at Wheelock College, a postsecondary institution offering undergraduate and graduate degrees in arts and science with a focus on improving the lives of children and families.
