He has particular expertise in advising on matters relating to and concerning the establishment and use of trusts and other structures, UK pre-arrival planning, funding UK expenditure, structuring the way in which UK property is held, conflict of laws and philanthropy. In recognition of Dixon’s impressive record, he has been recognised as one of the UK’s “Top 35 Under 35” private client advisers by eprivateclient.
Foy and Helm have been made Associates from Solicitors within the firm’s renowned family department. Having joined the firm in 2011, Foy is instructed on a range of family law matters ranging from cohabitation agreements to matters relating to children. Helm also joined the firm in that year and her practice encompasses a range of family law matters, both domestic and international (particularly French), including complex financial disputes.
Within the Property department, Beccarelli has been promoted to Associate, having been at the firm since 2006. She has a wealth of experience in commercial property matters ranging from leasehold agreements and acquisitions to refinancing matters. Marisa also advises high net worth individuals on sales and acquisitions of residential property.
Dixon says: “It is a privilege to join the distinguished Partnership at Payne Hicks Beach. I look forward to continuing to provide my clients with the trusted advice that they have come to expect from both myself and the firm.”
