Foundation Source, a company that establishes and provides comprehensive management and advisory services for private foundations, has appointed Joseph M Fuschillo as Chief Distribution Officer for the company.
He assumes his responsibilities immediately and is charged with growing the Company’s market share and revenue in the philanthropic services sector.
With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Fuschillo brings experience in building, coaching, and mentoring high-performing sales teams at UBS, Prudential Financial, and Dreyfus Corporation. He will build upon Foundation Source’s existing channels of business while developing new ones.

Prior to joining Foundation Source, Fuschillo was Managing Partner of Devereux Advisors, a consultancy focused on developing intermediary distribution strategy for investment managers and education for wealth management organisations. Previously, Fuschillo built success in client-facing, sales management, and senior leadership positions with UBS, Prudential Financial, and Dreyfus Corporation. He was Executive Vice President with BNY/Dreyfus and head of distribution at Prudential Annuities. Fuschillo spent a significant portion of his career at UBS Financial Services and joined predecessor firm PaineWebber as head of investment management research.
Fuschillo earned a BS in Finance from St John’s University, an MBA from Adelphi University, and currently holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation from the Wharton School. He and his family live in Garden City, NY.
